Responsibilities:
- Spearheads various legal case planning, research, interviews, data gathering, drafts, and analyzes legal documents, and takes charge of coordination and recommendations to our legal counsel.
- Reviews and amends (if necessary) all contracts and legal instruments.
- Examines and recommends appropriate legal practices to all agreements and other related engagements being entered into by the company.
- Other related legal matters that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Political Science, Liberal Arts, or related degrees preferably with a major in Paralegal Studies
- Must possess a Paralegal Training Certification.
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in Paralegal for the Bank/Financial Services industry.
- Possesses above-average communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Willing to report to work ONSITE in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
- Can start ASAP.
