Job Description
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the restaurant and leading a team of dedicated staff members.
Your main tasks will include coordinating and supervising the front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will also be involved in staff training, scheduling, and inventory management.
To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills. Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry is preferred. A strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is also essential.
