Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless execution of various driver engagement initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on activities, progress, and challenges.
- Ensure smooth event execution.
- Seek guidance and instructions on specific tasks and deliverables.
- Provide insights, feedback, and concerns gathered from driver engagement activities.
- Collaborate to ensure driver engagement activities resonate with the local driver community.
- Contribute to creating a positive driver experience.
Qualifications:
- Age: 25-35
- Tech-savvy (familiar with using Googlesheet, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficient in English and Tagalog
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Highly responsive to text, calls, and Viber messages
- Organized and detail-oriented in report preparation
- Friendly and cheerful personality
- Able to strike random conversations on the streets during fieldwork
- Prior experience as a supervisor or field coordinator
- Background in logistics (logistics coordinator or rider)
- Ability to manage a team or group
- Must have a motorcycle
- Willing to do 3x fieldwork
– With transportation and communication allowance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php18,00.00 per month
