Job Description
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing assistance and support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong problem-solving ability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming customer calls and emails, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Providing product information and explaining features, benefits, and pricing
- Assisting customers with product returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude are also essential.
