Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing & Admin Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in various administrative tasks as well as assisting in our marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing activities, including social media management and content creation.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and managing office supplies.
  • Support the team in maintaining databases, filing documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in marketing and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in marketing or administrative roles is a plus.
