Job Description
Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology
- Minimum of 3 years of Professional experience in Supervisory level in HR and Admin (preferably in IT Business)
- Competency in Microsoft Office, business management, and presentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and understanding of HR Practices, Philippines Labor Law Standards, and Regulations
- Knowledge in HR Policy Administration and Management
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Possess excellent attendance record, strong leadership, results-driven and multitasking skills, prioritizes timeliness and accuracy of reports, and values trustworthiness and professionalism
- With outstanding people skills
- Can drive (Advantage)
