Job Description
A Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. They collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.
Primary responsibilities include planning and organizing construction operations, coordinating and supervising subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality of work, and ensuring safety at the construction site. Construction Managers also handle budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement of materials.
Key qualifications for this job position include a degree in civil engineering or construction management, excellent project management skills, and strong knowledge of construction methods and materials. Additionally, effective communication and leadership skills are essential to successfully manage teams and address any issues that may arise during the construction process.
