Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via chat. Assist with their food delivery inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues, leaving a positive impression.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and productive work environment.

Needed Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
  • At least 18 years old and above
  • Good communication skills
