Job Description
Position: Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Financial Account – Collections
- College degree – preferably in Finance
- At least 4 years of experience in financial accounts, fraud, or collections in the BPO industry
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role supporting voice, inbound call taking agents
- Must have excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php65,00.00 per month
Schedule: Shift system
Experience:
- Financial, Collection, Fraud: 4 years (Preferred)
- Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)
