Job Description:
- Simplicity 2.0 Local Asset Management
Scope: Covering L’Oreal brands
- Efficiently manage and organize archiving of digital assets of 7 L’Oreal brands in Opera application system/portal done at the end of every month.
- Send email reminders on asset expiry to managers/stakeholders of 7 L’Oreal brands at every end of the month
Pulse: To help on pain point raised by OBMs on
- Opera & Salsify
Scope: Consumer Product Division (CPD) – 3 brands
- Timely upload of CPD assets in Opera for PDP, RPD syncing to Salsify
- Manage and maintain SKU library in Salsify including new products, renovations
- Update synced assets from Opera in Salsify with details listed in brand eLibrary provided by OBM
- Publish assets from Salsify to OMS
- Coordinate with eShop Lead for technical issues
