Job Description
A Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for managing the hiring process within a company. They play a crucial role in identifying and attracting excellent candidates for various job positions. The main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
- Creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings
- Organizing and conducting interviews
- Assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications
- Coordinating with hiring managers to make final selections
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires
