Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various job positions within our company.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Utilizing various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Creating and posting engaging job advertisements
- Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar position
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
