Job Description
We are looking for a competent Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounts receivable, including processing incoming payments, reconciling invoices, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
Your main duties will include maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. Additionally, you will communicate with clients and internal departments to address any billing issues or inquiries.
Successful candidates should have a strong attention to detail, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also required.
