Job Description
Indo-Mindanao Resources Corporation, an authorized distributor of Indofood products (Indomie Mi Goreng instant noodle) in the Philippines, is looking for a Key Account Manager to be assigned in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Indofood is the largest food manufacturing company in Indonesia and one of the largest instant noodle manufacturers in the world with its flagship product Indomie instant noodles.
Requirements
- Filipino with a Bachelor degree from relevant majors.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in FMCG company. Sales Managers from major National Key Account are welcomed to apply.
- Strong business knowledge in Key Account management and proven track record in growing sales in National Key Accounts, Minimart, and Convenience Stores.
- English proficiency for business, both written and oral.
- Basic skills in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point.

Job Description
- Develop sales plans in key accounts and execute with the distributor to achieve targets.
- Develop marketing and promotion calendars in key accounts and manage day-to-day promotional activities with agencies, promo team, and distributor.
- Monitor inventory levels at stores, distribution centers, and distributor warehouses to ensure service excellence to customers.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with national key accounts.
- Monitor distributor’s performance, service level, and coverage in the corresponding key accounts.
- Conduct category and competitor analysis in key accounts.
- Ensure the achievement of financial targets including revenue, profits, and account receivables.
