Job Description
Candidate must be a Graduate of BS Architecture.
At least 3 or more years of work experience in the Construction Industry.
Experience in actual field operations, and on vertical and horizontal construction.
Knowledgeable in Contract Administration and Implementation.
Familiar with Project Planning, Monitoring and Control.
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, quantity surveying, and construction processes.
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Excel, and project management software.
Ability to integrate architectural and cost considerations in project decision-making.
Should be an active English Communicator both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Dedicated, trustworthy and can work with minimum supervision.
Preferably a resident of Davao City.
