Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Operations Lead to join our team. As the Cash Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cash handling, including maintaining accurate cash records, overseeing daily cash transactions, and reconciling discrepancies.
Your main duties will include supervising a team of cashiers, training new staff on cash handling procedures, and implementing best practices to ensure efficient and secure cash operations. Additionally, you will regularly collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in cash management, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Strong leadership and communication abilities are also essential for successfully managing and motivating a team of cashiers.
