Job Description
Ensure to follow the standard operating procedure for the support groups (apprentice works)
Receive roofing and standard sheathing material from roll forming area.
To support on lift manually roll-formed sheathing and/or product and ensure proper communication, coordination to have unison working with your team.
To prepare sheathing on the press tables by ensuring that the sheathing is properly sealed together with the moulds or jigs. (refer to the Work Instruction for apprentice works)
Conduct Pricking of materials, then Finishing of the product after De-moulding and performing lapping together with the Leadoff Finisher technicians (quality check)
Assist in final finishing the product.
Segregation of mixed scrap items into separate lot according to the nature and type of the material and keeping them in designated bins/locations at Scrapyard for disposal
Ensure to conduct housekeeping daily like a sweeping floor in the production area
Ensure that the health and safety protocols of the company are being strictly followed
Always report to his supervisor for Daily work activities, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions that he may have observed
