Job Description
URGENT
The Finance Staff is responsible for performing various duties and responsibilities assigned by the company leaders, including:
- Managing and assisting accounting operations, including billings for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Coordinating with vendors and clients to resolve billing-related issues.
- Collating vendor data requirements for new nominated vendors/suppliers with credit terms.
- Overseeing tariff rates for all billing transactions related to logistics operations.
- Monitoring and controlling billing receipts and disbursements.
- Maintaining a documented system of accounting and billing documents.
- Filing Bureau of Internal Revenue taxes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including Alphalist and other related documents.
- Reviewing and adapting new and existing financial systems and controls.
- Resolving operational issues and managing internal and external customers.
- Performing bank reconciliation.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
