Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for an Accounts Payable Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring accurate processing of all vendor invoices and payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper approval.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests promptly.
- Prepare and perform weekly payment runs.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update vendor master data.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in accounts payable or related role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
