Job Description
Identify the market trends and opportunities through sales analysis/sell through, competitive shopping, and market research.
Creates accurate and timely purchase orders.
Partners with sales coordinators and allocators to come up with a proper allocation plan per store at any given time.
Works closely with allocators to ensure that store requests such as replenishments are catered.
Develops the seasonal buy plan of footwear selections for consignment, outright and retail concept stores.
Manages the footwear assortment to achieve optimum sales, margin, and inventory goals.
Manages accounts purchase orders.
Manages monthly key items, promotions, markdowns, and pricing.
Maintains communication and relationships with support departments, especially with sales coordinators and allocators, in resolving day to day problems.
