Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and highly skilled CN IT Support to join our team. As a CN IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. Your main duties will include:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Providing training and guidance to users
- Ensuring the smooth operation of IT equipment and systems
- Assisting with the maintenance of computer networks and systems
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required, as you will be working closely with our Chinese-speaking clients. Previous experience in IT support is preferred.
