Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Admin-Client Coordinator. As an Admin-Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and ensuring smooth communication between various departments.

Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, updating client databases, scheduling meetings, and handling administrative tasks such as generating reports and preparing correspondence. In addition, you will assist in coordinating events and activities for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with clients on a daily basis. Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail are required.

  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
