Job Description
Are you a highly skilled and experienced professional in the field of mergers and acquisitions? We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager.
As the Mergers and Acquisitions Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process. This includes identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing the integration process.
Key responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and evaluate potential M&A opportunities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management
- Negotiate terms and conditions of potential acquisitions
