Job Description
· Monitor accounts to identify any outstanding debts.
· Examine historical data associated with each debt or invoice.
· Reach out to clients to discuss overdue payments.
· Employ strategies to prompt timely debt settlements.
· Process payments and handle refund transactions.
· Resolve issues related to billing and customer credit.
· Keep account status records updated and document collection efforts.
· Generate reports detailing collection activity and accounts receivable status.
