Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- At least 2 years of experience as General Affair Staff
- Amenable to work on-site
- Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
- Keeping track of inventories and office supplies
- Organizing and supervising facility upkeep, repairs, and modifications to guarantee a secure and useful workspace.
- Helping to organize and carry out corporate functions.
- Taking care of staff travel and lodging needs.
- Taking care of business cars.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
- Arranging with outside suppliers and service providers for a range of office requirements.
- Ensuring efficiency and compliance through the creation and execution of office rules and procedures.
- Offering assistance with administration.
