One of the leading construction and engineering firms, founded in 1994. They specialize in steelmaking, environmental energy plants, new town development, and high-rise building construction.

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary: Php20,00-Php25,00

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

Work Set up: On-site

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • At least 2 years of experience as General Affair Staff
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping track of inventories and office supplies
  • Organizing and supervising facility upkeep, repairs, and modifications to guarantee a secure and useful workspace.
  • Helping to organize and carry out corporate functions.
  • Taking care of staff travel and lodging needs.
  • Taking care of business cars.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
  • Arranging with outside suppliers and service providers for a range of office requirements.
  • Ensuring efficiency and compliance through the creation and execution of office rules and procedures.
  • Offering assistance with administration.
