Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer Telephone/ Mobile calls
- Assist walk-in applicants
- Assist with Job Postings and sourcing in different platforms
- Interview sourced applicants
- Endorse qualified applicants for exam and for further evaluation of Recruiter
- Assist with On-boarding of hired candidates
- Assist in creating Job Posters
- Assist in arranging 201 Files
- Assist with company events
- Assist with the decorations
- Assist with the things needed for the event
Qualifications:
- Must be a student taking Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
- Must be computer competent
- With good communication skills
- Willing to render 200-600hrs of training
- Willing to train under a manpower agency
- Willing to work onsite in Marikina City
Note: Allowances will be discussed once selected.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
