Job Description
– Responsible for finding and acquiring new clients by understanding their hiring needs and presenting recruitment solutions.
– Cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
– Driving sales by promoting recruitment services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
– Keeping up with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
– Creating plans to expand the client base, penetrate new markets, and increase the company’s presence in the recruitment industry.
– Establishing a network within the industry, attending events, and forging connections with potential clients or partners.
– Working closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client needs and company goals.
– Crafting proposals or presentations that showcase the company’s recruitment capabilities and solutions.
– Monitoring and analyzing metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and making adjustments as needed for improvement.
– Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering quality recruitment services and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
