Job Description
- Responsible for creating Sales Invoice (SI), Credit Receipts (CR), and Billing Statements/SOA for Clients, including coordination to customers
- Maintain record and monitor customer under credit line
- Monitoring timely deposit of Customer’s cash collections and post-dated checks (PDC’s)
- Ensuring the proper application of discounts
- Reconciling transactions with the E-commerce Platform
- Preparing accounting entries for each Sales and Collection transaction
- Receiving and validating requests for refunds
- Ensuring the proper compilation and completeness of all accounting documents related to the function
- Other tasks related to AR functions only
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar field
- With at least 6 months of experience, with credit and collection experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and statistical skills
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Dedication to objectivity
- Good working attitude
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel and other MS applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
