Job Description
Background on Facilities Management
- Oversees and controls the day-to-day running of the Facilities Management Department
- Takes responsibility for quality control of staff performance to ensure that top-quality services are provided to Clients and that Clients’ expectations are met.
- Takes responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all relevant documentation to Clients and ensures that these are in the requested formats.
- Prepares and submits needed reports for Senior Facilities Coordinator in a timely and regular manner.
- Oversees the schedule for the Admin Team.
- Performs reports of management as needed. Includes invoice monitoring.
- Sets up a system for regular inspection of the efficiency and effectiveness of all management operations, procedures, and systems with the team to ensure a high level of Client satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Responds to problems in a tactful and expedient manner.
- Attends client meetings for facilities matters.
- Has experience in the BPO industry.
- Has 3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant.
