Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who have a hybrid skillset, combining technical expertise with strong project management skills. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of incident response and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize incident response activities for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize business impact.
  • Develop and implement incident management processes and procedures.
  • Lead post-incident reviews to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
  • Provide regular communication and status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in incident management or a related field.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly.
