Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources activities within the organization.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding new staff, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Key qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
