Job Description
Jr Tax Compliance is primarily responsible for setting the direction and overseeing the Tax Compliance Department and ensuring compliance of the group with requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Below are the roles and responsibilities of Tax Compliance Manager:
- Supervise tax compliance in compliance with laws and regulations
- Build relationships with tax compliance staff to provide excellent planning, compliance and expertise
- Manage innovative tax planning programs for the group
- Review income tax returns of the group
- Identify all tax risks of the transactions and business dealings of the group
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
- Suggest innovating solutions for process improvement using best practices
- Manage and coordinate tax audits with tax examiners
- Manage and track tax balances on general ledger
- Prepare all tax papers on a regular basis and handle all data requests.
- Other tasks that may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
- At least 1 year of managerial experience related to the role.
- Has strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse team environment.
- Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Has a very good eye for details
- Has the ability to multi-task effectively, responding to changing business priorities and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
