Job Description
Japan Desk supports Japanese companies here in the Philippines for their hiring needs. We cater to every industry and every position.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate with client’s local HR for their hiring needs.
- Understand the job orders from the client companies. (Mostly Japanese Company client)
- Post effective job advertisements on various platforms.
- Conduct initial screening of applicants.
- Endorse shortlisted candidates to sales consultants, coordinate with clients if needed.
- Maintain good relationships with job seekers and clients.
- Update the talent database.
- Coordinate with all counterparts namely sales consultants, client companies, and job seekers throughout processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
