Job Description
We are currently seeking ambitious candidates to join our team as Area Sales Managers. The ideal candidate should have experience in the healthcare devices industry, specifically in selling devices/equipments such as Patient monitoring systems, XRay/CR/DR, Ultrasound, RIS/PACS system, or from a technically complex product selling background in the healthcare industry. Candidates with similar or concept-selling backgrounds in healthcare industry are also welcome.
This is an individual performer role where the ideal candidate will directly be responsible for sales and business development in the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for achieving annual sales targets and driving growth
- Build a strong sales funnel for new business opportunities
- Independently negotiate and close orders
- Consistently drive sales
- Monitor and report monthly sales performance
- Appoint, coach, and manage channel partners/distributors
- Assist in developing the annual sales and marketing plans
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification with a science/biomedical engineering background
- Previous experience in critical care/medical device/pharma sales is a must
