Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Mobility Account – Technical Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients regarding their mobility accounts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to their mobility accounts.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address complex customer issues.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
