Job Description:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings with precision and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and oversee office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, and team members.
