Job Description
- Plans annual sales and purchase order forecasts for assigned clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales & Purchase order targets.
- Integrates fast, accurate and reliable sales skills in dealing with customer’s request, comments, and complaints.
- Manage client orders from receipt up to delivery to ensure standards and client expectations are met.
- Understands company’s capabilities and services in order to effectively do product and service offerings to all clients (existing, new, and prospective).
- Act as the liaison between the company and its clients.
- Prepares updates and reports for weekly and monthly PO and sales deliveries.
- Communicates and facilitates meetings with different departments in order to meet client expectations and serve the company’s interest.
- Manages client orders from receipt up to delivery to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
