Job Description
- Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about services offered, pricing, and service timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service appointments, work orders, and customer information.
- Communicate effectively with customers, auto mechanics, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery and manage workload.
- Prepare invoices, estimates, and service reports for customers.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Relay important information to customers regarding service updates, completion times, and additional repairs if needed.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
