Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure that employees are meeting job expectations and goals.
- Create and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and provide guidance to employees on HR matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a specialist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make decisions independently and handle confidential information with sensitivity.
