Job Description
ROLE
This role ensures that projects are being implemented in accordance with the design/specifications, budget and approved timelines. Responsible for project implementation from beginning to end, including mobilization/demobilization, budget tracking, collaboration with 3rd parties, and ensuring compliance with regulations and permits acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Implementation & Coordination
- Handling technical BID and clarificatory
- Conducting weekly coordination meetings with the team
- Complying and monitoring construction checklist
- Keeping up-to-date with all the projects
- Monitoring and validating project reports
- Conducting store visits
- Monitoring ad hoc tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant retail/commercial interior fit-out experience
- MEP engineering trade knowledge
- Experience in technical coordination with LGU, contractors, and mall representatives
- Resourceful and willing to stay at the site after mall hours
- Experience in managing external consultants, contractors, vendors, LGU, and mall personnel
- Extensive program/project management experience with retail projects
- Knowledgeable in construction cost estimate, budget monitoring, and value engineering
- Knowledge of applicable standards for quality control
- Good writing and communication skills
- Computer knowledge and skills on multiple platforms
- Knowledgeable in construction methodologies, equipment, tools, and manpower use
