Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records Staff. As a Medical Records Staff, your responsibilities will include managing and organizing patient medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Your duties will involve maintaining electronic and physical medical records, updating patient information, and ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping practices. You will also be responsible for retrieving records for healthcare professionals when required and assisting with record audits and compliance with regulations.
To excel in this position, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in handling medical records software and knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines will be advantageous.
