Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist with expertise in onboarding, labor and benefits, and employee relations. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding process for new employees, administering labor and benefits programs, and maintaining positive employee relations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation programs and necessary paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by current and future employees.
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Handle employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficient knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with employee benefits programs and administration.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
