Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist with expertise in onboarding, labor and benefits, and employee relations. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding process for new employees, administering labor and benefits programs, and maintaining positive employee relations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation programs and necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by current and future employees.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Handle employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficient knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with employee benefits programs and administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
