Job Description
Responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises a computer network. In-charge of the maintenance of network servers and file servers, as well.
Concentrates on the overall integrity of the network, server deployment, security and ensures that the network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with the technical consideration at the network level of the organization.
Maintains network facilities in individual machine, such as drivers and setting of personal computers as well as printers and such.
Concentrates on the network design and security, particularly troubleshooting and/or debugging network-related problems.
In-charge of the maintenance of the network’s authorization infrastructure as well as network back-up systems.
Responsible for the security of the network and for assigning IP addresses to the devices connected to the network.
Provides technical assistance to different departments regarding computer problems, programming needs & other computer-related concerns.
Provides remote/onsite support as required.
