Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source applicants in different job portals (Job street, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and conduct initial interviews;
• Handle the pre-onboarding, onboarding (includes New Hire Orientation and contract-signing), and offboarding process for all employees;
• Attend to the concerns or queries of the candidates/employees, and liaise with relevant departments when needed;
• Maintain the calendars of the department;
• Participate in the planning and execution of department- and organization-wide activities or events;
• Perform other clerical and logistical tasks that may be needed by the department;
• Support the other HR functions when necessary and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Adept at problem-solving
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Possesses integrity and professionalism with at least 1 year of experience handling people.
• Undergraduate degree is not required but is an advantage; a graduate of social sciences or human resource management is an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php18,00.00 per month
