Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Lead to join our team. As the Finance Lead, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and processes
- Manage and supervise the finance team
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for decision making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related roles
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Strong leadership and communication skills
