Job Description

Education:

• Graduate of any four years course

Skills:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, especially within a retail or food service environment, is preferred. Experience in a bakeshop or bakery setting is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation, good communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Effective leadership qualities to manage and motivate a team of staff members.
• Excellent organizational abilities to oversee inventory, track sales, and ensure the store is well-maintained and stocked with fresh products.
• Clear and effective communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and management.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle various challenges that may arise, such as inventory discrepancies, customer complaints, or staffing issues.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure the quality and presentation of baked goods, as well as accurate cash handling.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices to ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the bakeshop.
• Basic computer skills for tasks such as point-of-sale systems, inventory tracking, and basic data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
