Job Description
Cullinan Group Inc. is a Luxury Retail company specializing in jewelries and watches. We proudly carry renowned brands such as My Diamond, Daniel Wellington, Technomarine, Invicta, and Paul Hewitt.
The key objective of this position is to drive sales by promoting our products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge, highlighting features, benefits, and providing guidance on product usage to close sales.
- Assist in arranging window displays to enhance sales promotion.
- Perform physical inventory checks to monitor and maintain store stock levels.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring efficient and satisfactory assistance.
- Handle difficult clients with patience and courtesy.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least a 2-year college degree.
- Prior sales experience is advantageous but not required.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Required skills: Sales, Customer Service, Store Operations, Communication, and Negotiation.
- Must be willing to work in any of the following branches: Glorietta Mall Makati / Mall of Asia / Robinson’s Place Ermita / SM Aura / Shangri La / North Edsa / Trinoma / Filinvest.

Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
