Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree – Any fields
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or similar
- Previous experience as a telephone operator or in a similar role
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude, and initiative
- Pleasing personality
- Willingness to start as soon as possible
