Job Description
Prudential Guarantee and Assurance, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for checking attachment invoices/billing before assigning control numbers for Orders for Payments of losses, adjuster’s fees, commissions, and refund premiums.
- Review attachment and computation of Orders for Payment for losses, adjuster’s fees, commissions, and refund premiums on DOS and Phoenix system and assign control numbers.
- Detach/Files VAT invoices and a copy of the order for payment and ensure the files are updated and complete.
