Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR/Recruitment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR and recruitment functions by assisting with various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing documents and reports
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field
